A Gift for a friend

This is a very very late gift for an online buddy of mine. ;_; I should have had this done a while ago, but I couldn't remember most of the character's details, and there are about 4 other unfinished drawings that I attempted. I never liked how they looked, and I didn't want to send her something awful. So this is the 5th and final version, finally!

Also, this is literally only the second time I've drawn a Pokemon... Hopefully it's not too bad. Let me tell ya, Charizard's wings are a PAIN to draw!
